Great for the price! I stayed here two nights with my family. I would stay here again. The staff was kind and helpful. It’s old and a little worn down and has some odd smells but significantly less pricey than nearby hotels. The parking lot was well lit and had several open spots. The parking lot did have people smoking weed from time to time but it didn’t seem sketchy. The breakfast is literally granola bars, wrapped muffins, oatmeal packs, coffee and hot chocolate.

Well the young lady at check in was great! Super friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size and nicely cleaned in general. Unfortunately the next morning before I checked out I was greeted by a roach in the room. If I had seen it prior to me staying, I would have absolutely left because I would not have wanted to risk any of its friends getting into my stuff. Don’t get me wrong, the room was nicely cleaned, but unfortunately, in a place like that when you have a bunch of people in and out, and unfortunately, some people that has taken up residency, that kind of stuff happens. Also, at check-in, it was not clarified that the hold that they were taking for deposit would be an actual transaction and that I would have to wait for a refund. I’m used to hotels just putting a hold for the deposit not actually taking my money and then have to wait a week for them to refund it back. When I called to ask about the release of my hold the gentleman at the desk at that time told me that it was an actual transaction. I had to wait for a refund and he was kind of rude about it when I told him that that should’ve been clarified and that I was gonna put that in the review so that people would know. He was so nonchalant about it. I wish it had been the same lady that checked me in because she was definitely nicer.

I had a restful stay at the building C. It was quiet during the holiday weekend. Room was cleaned, the amenities (cooking kit, laundry) were a plus. Coffee and protein-based granola bar made morning commute smooth.

Staff was awesome. I loved them. They were all friendly. But the housekeepers could do a little better at their job. - One of the towels in the bathroom that were supposed to be clean, kind of looked like a dead spider or 2 was on it when I unfolded it. Maybe a couple of little baby spider eggs too. The manager thought it was spiders. - TV was blinking on most channels. Maintenance fixed it. - Had to ask them to tighten the shower curtain rod. They fixed that. - Toilet seat was loose and my boyfriend tightened the little screws behind it. Toilet paper roll holder fell off on the left side, but my boyfriend fixed that too. Besides all that, everything else was fine.
