Order a room for my birthday hott tub was disgusting ceiling was falling in parts of the cieling peeling and falling into the tub and floor was told i was veing refunded and still have not recoved a refund or apology, i have plenty of n photos site wont let me load them

It will be even better when the pool is fixed!!
Hotel with a pool but the pool is always out of order. Staff are cheerful and very willing to help. Very comfortable beds and nice room.
