Very clean

We were on the first floor. The toilet was clogged when we went to the room. Someone came, but the toilet never flushed properly. The bath tube had rust in it. And because of Covid, there was no breakfast, they sat out some cereal without any milk and some muffins, nothing I would consider a breakfast. There were bags with some snacks and a fruit, but again nothign I consider a breakfast. No juices or anything for kids to eat. No room service and no new towels were given to us, unless requested. The service was lacking. While we understand that things are different this year, I wish there would still be breakfast available in some form or the other, either as room service or pre-packed that includes a whole breakfast with milk,juice, coffee,jam, breads, etc... for guests to choose. Coffee was available but cups and creamer was not. Overall, I was a bit disappointed.

Perfect. Excellent service. Room nice & clean. As soon I walked to the door I feel the hospitality and friendliness of the people. Pool was perfect and the restaurant across the street is great

For a "Covid" overnight, this place worked out well. We cleaned the rooms ourselves, however, they smelled sterile upon arrival. Notices no major issues during our sprays/wipedowns. They didn't have a normal hot breakfast, but did have some packaged go items, they also partnered with the Waffle House across the way to give access to a hot breakfast. Prior to our stay there, we verified via phone that the pool had a handicap lift that worked. Upon arrival, we discovered the seatbelt was broken and that we'd need to request the battery from the front. That took a bit, our assumption after the fact was that the staff (who seemed annoyed to be asked) was trying to put a charge onto it. A little frustrating since two days prior I'd expressed the need for the machine. Even more frustrating when we went to get the teen out of the pool and the machine died with her dangling over the water. We couldn't leave her (seatbelts matter folks) to get managements assistance and so we had to get help from another guest to lift her out of the pool. When I mentioned this to the desk after the fact, I simply said that we were done using the battery and that it had died when we were trying to get her out of the pool. We were met with a simple "OK." I wasn't looking for anything, but even a little shock or empathy could have gone a long way to bring us back on our return trip. The response was cold.

The hotel is clean. My refrigerator did not work & my air conditioning stopped working on the second night....

Rooms are nice and clean. Fully stocked. Our room was hot though. My son was room Next door and his room got cold ours never cooled down. We called desk around midnight they sent someone but nothing changed in temp. Other than this we enjoyed our stay

Fine. But the property is showing signs of age without upkeep. And employees were only masking up some of the time.
