Horrible checking experience!! Front desk manager Mr Tamim literally argued with me. He tried to tell me he stayed in more hotels and he has different experiences than what I know about hotels stay. I asked for his business card he said he doesn’t have one IHG didn’t provide him any business card.. so weird but rest of the hotel employees were friendly and it was clean. Later I got call from hotel supervisor and he expressed so nicely and comforted me. I’m elite status with Marriott & god status with Hilton chains.
The incident was I booked online 1 adult with breakfast for 2, but when I went to check in physically we ware 2 guest. The hotel wouldn’t allow the 2nd guest & 2 breakfast. They would only allow 1 person & 1 breakfast. I explained them with 1 or 2 guests the price is still same and under hotel rules up to 2 guests are allowed.Mr tamim explained I’m wrong and he has more experience regarding hotel stay…. Eventually the supervisor allowed the 2nd guest but not the 2 breakfast…. I only stayed by myself because the second guest was embarrassed….
