The room was clean. They brought the extra rollaway bed quickly and it was clean. The only problem was a very very noisey air conditioner. We all did not sleep well.

employees don't care about you. Puts you where they want. I booked 2 nights and I was supposed to stay on the top floor where I would have a city view and they put me on the first floor next to the elevator a lot of noise it was horrible, pillow super hard and the bathroom was dirty even had hair on the shower wall. there is nothing good it was horrible for the amount I paid I would definitely stay in a better place. And get ready at the end there are still rates you didn't know about. And when you complain they blame it on expedia or hotel .com. In the end, it was a place I won't go back to. And I don't recommend it to anyone.

Why can’t Niagra Falls NY get it together?
Check-in took forever and the night manager was stand-offish and non receptive to questions. Just a strange reception. This is our second time to Niagra Falls and it’s just so disappointing. Not what I would expect from a premier tourist destination.

Nice place to stay
Room was nice. A little out dates but over all was pleasing. Most comfortable hotel pillows I've slept on. Gentleman at front desk was helpful. Needed to print something and he hooked me up.
