The room was clean, the location was ideal for our plans, close to the rainbow bridge but the bar wasnt open on Tue and Wed, the days we were there. The elevator was slow, the staff was helpful. Parking was easy. Food options weren't good after 8pm in the area. We still enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are outdated and carpet looked stained. Plumbing and AC units loud. Elevators extremely slow though maybe no way to fix that. Location to the Falls was a huge bonus as we didn't need to drive anywhere for our visit. Breakfast was ok, greatful to have a Starbucks inside the hotel. Staff was great and very responsive.

The staff were very friendly with greeting us and checking us in. They also gave us ideas as to what to do during our stay. We asked the cleaning crew for more coffee and they gave it to us. The only thing is you have to ask for room service if you are not there for more than three days. The Continual breakfast was very good and well put together. The staff was very helpfully also! We definitely would stay there again.
