Great place to stay
Was there for 2 weeks on business and enjoyed every second. Sabrina and the crew at the front desk were always wonderful and Bonnie the bar tender was equally superb. I’ll be back.

Room was nice and clean, pool only open for a short time and by reservations so was disappointed that the kids could not use it, other than that worked for us

Best option in Lake Oswego and surrounding!!!
We come here whenever we need a break from our real life that is 20 mins away. :) The staff is amazing, the rooms are so comfortable...we wish we could just move in already!!

Relax time for one
The room was clean and surprisingly quiet considering when I walked down the hall I could hear I had very noisy neighbors. The staff was friendly and I was able to reserve some hot tub time to myself which was exactly what I needed.

Everything was great, except the king mattress definitely needs to be replaced. I slept in a ‘hole’ both nights. Very uncomfortable and the pillows are way too puffy and full causing bad neck pain. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel
I was lucky to get a room during Portland’s ice storm. After several days without power, internet, and heat I finally had enough and was lucky to find a room there. It was large, and the bed very comfy. And I could open the sliding door to a small balcony for fresh air. My only complaint was that the room was too hot even after turning the heating off.

Avoid Crowne Plaza!
Crowne Plaza definitely needs to properly train & enforce their housekeeping to clean more thoroughly. The shower heads are disgusting, as well as all the moldy seams of the showers. Used gloves, and a discarded or misplaced broken grate were outside our window. I've stayed at this property many times over the years due to location while traveling, and the check in attendant never mentioned they are now charging to park on the property. I discovered that 2 days later reviewing charges.
