Beware of "bay view" description
Booked room specifically for a bayview did not get one. Do not know if this was in error or miss interpretation in wording of description of room. House keeping tried to come in twice before our check out time while we slept. And missed the party about the $20 a night parking. Overall nice place but could have stayed somewhere for alot less.

Robert saved our day
We had trouble with our room keycards and our day was not going very well. Robert from maintenance sat us down in the dining room, got us keycards to another room and took our luggage to the room while we were eating. If it werent for him saving the day we would have rated the stay lower. This hotel does not have microwaves and refidgerators in the room, which we thought was a given thing for most hotel chains like this one. We were very disappointed they did not have them.

It's a good airport hotel, but not a good Hilton
It doesn't feel like a normal Hilton. It is definitely an airport hotel. It is very convenient to SFO, and actually quieter than I had anticipated. The room was a little dated, and the bed was not the normal quality for Hiltons that I have come to expect. It was just OK. The service was pretty good there, and the wifi worked well. Parking was $20 per night.
