This is our new Go To hotel for Philly!

This is now our go to hotel when visiting Philly. The room was dark and quiet at night. No sirens all night long. We had several great nights sleep durning our stay.

    Disappointed

I was very disappointed because our room was sane er cleaned. We stayed in ref lobby for over 6 hours hoping that our would get cleaned after we found out you had to request it due to COVID. Because we came to attend seeding we have to go up to the room around 4:10pm to get dress. The maid service arrived around 4:35pm while we were getting dressed so I asked if she could return later. She informed me that she would try but it never happened. I the desk staff informed me that due to COVID staff Priority is to clean the rooms for the incoming guest first so we were not a priority since they already had our money. Truly disappointed, that they did not have the appropriate number of staff on duty to provide quality service since I paid a quality price to stay there.

    Great stay

This is a really beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown Philly. I enjoyed my stay and the staff was excellent. Some things to keep in mind. I parked on arch street because it only cost me $42 for 2 days as opposed to $56 a night at the hotel. Their fridge is in the drawer and it was super tiny. Not a big deal but be aware.

Hits a bullseye for a Center City hotel!

Fantastic location at this hotel! Drove into town late on a Friday night to this hotel. No problems finding the hotel, and the location on a side street in Center City is convenient to drive to. I opted to use the valet service all weekend. It was awesome even though I am someone who usually does not do that service. The hotel was high quality and very clean inside. The particular street this hotel is on is also very clean. The building is very modern and freshly redone. It has a plaque indicating LEED certification in 2020. On Saturday from this location, I was able to go to the Jersey shore for half a day - return to the hotel to shower and clean off, proceed to walk down Chestnut Street to visit and tour independence hall, then after that ask valet for the car again and drive down to a 6pm Phillies game with no stress. Returned from the Phillies game, valet parked the car again, and slept like a log on the comfy bed. Woke up at 8am Sunday, walked to Reading Terminal for breakfast, then left down. Highly recommend all these activities and this hotel for a weekend trip to Philly! Only con I can mention is if you have a large pickup truck, you might not want to bring that here. My Ford fusion was fine and well taken care of by the valet parking team, however on Sunday when I left I did see another gentleman with a large F250 who did seem to have an issue with a scratch or something on his truck. Use common sense - this is an old East coast city and parking spaces are tight!!
