We loved this hotel. It was perfect for our family of five. We had a two bedroom suite, with a kitchen and dining room table. Given my husband has some auditory issues, being able to bring food back to eat in our room in the quiet, was perfect. Some prior reviews have expressed they didn't appreciate the toilet being separate from the bathroom, but that was perfect for us given the number of people as it allowed us to use both spaces at the same time. We also found the customer service from the staff to be exceptional. Overall, a fantastic choice and we will be recommending this hotel to anyone traveling to Paris.

A short trip to Paris
Our stay at the Fraser Suites was very nice, although the room we got had scaffolding, so we couldn't open the window which was overlooking champs d'elysees, the construction is said to finish end of February. Everyone at the reception were very helpful especially Melissa, Akifa and Charles.

My colleagues and i found the property very nice and spacious. With excellent staff who were very responsive and professional. Not sure what the negative posters were all about as they almost made us skip booking this place. It is a serviced residence so do not expect the full service hotel thing but I've lived in several of these in Asia and Europe and fine them very comfortable. The rooms are fairly large and the equipment inside such as the mini kitchen and excellent large tv and stereo are fantastic. Will come back.
