Would never recommend staying here
The “room” was infuriatingly small for how much it cost. The “room” was more of a walk-in closet with a bathroom attached. To help visualize how small the room was, It was a double sized bed that took up almost the whole space. My boyfriend and I had to shuffle around one another and step over our luggage to move through the 2ft wide gap between the wall and bed. The AC unit was so loud you couldn’t even hear any of the outside bustle of the theater district. And we had a fantastic view of an alley and someone else’s window. The room was also not very clean. Stains on the carpet, discoloration in the shower, and spots on the sheets. The elevator system is an absolute joke. It’s key card operated and will erase your floor selection mid ride. So you might select the 3rd floor and end up on the 10th because it just spits you out wherever it feels like. Also if other people crowd in the elevator after you and hold their key up, it erases everyone else’s floor selections and you all have to reselect and it’s chaos in a very small space.

Overall stay good, clean atmosphere, housekeeping daily. Disadvantages requested wash clothes daily, bathroom extremely small barely turn around room, nowhere to put body wash in shower, everything had to cone out so next person can shower, bathroom setup very poorly, tiny clothes hanging area, no ironing board, no dressers had to live out of suit case, no ice bucket or cups, no coffee machine and no refrigerator. Basically l, you had a clean room with a bathroom less than a block away from Time Square and close to everything.
