More negatives than positives !!
The good bits : Nice breakfast room and good quality breakfast. Comfy bed and bedding. Very good shower. The bad bits : THERE IS NO BAR so no meeting point if you are going as a group. You can buy drinks from reception and drink them in your own rooms if you are sad enough. Only problem there is only one chair n the room though. That’s another problem, room is very small. Looks nice but painted very dark blue so feels even smaller and you can’t see a thing. Finally, apparently if you book through Expedia only includes continental breakfast and £14 for a full English. Car parking is extremely limited. Won’t be going back !

Overall good experience. Room was quite small and quite noisy being so close to the main reception area / next to the stairs. Recommend requesting a room away from these areas.

Preferred hotel for Cheltenham.
Excellent stay catching up with family. Room extremely comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. Very limited parking at the rear, otherwise feeding meter on street ever 2 hours.
