Good location
Staff were great and welcoming. room was OK, but a few issues arose: leaky tap, extremely noisy bathroom fan, super stiff pillows. We had a nice breakfast and it was incredibly busy. Location is great and sponsored parking makes it easy for a city centre location to park at a reasonable price.

The guy/tall manager very loud voice towards staff, bit of tension i thought bit too obvious, maybe moral needs to be boosted. Could do with some radio music or anything in bar, it was too quiet and too easy to hear all the staff orders and issues with payments. Music would drown that out. Breakfast sausages bit cheap taste..but nice smoothies and overnight oats.

Rooms need maintenance and care
Asked for turndown service was told yes- no service received. Rooms old and need upgrading and maintenance. Great mattress and pillows. Excellent location. Construction across street very very loud- no notice of this provided online or in person. For $230 a night, expect more.
