We had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of tasty and healthy options to choose from. The rooftop terrace is a real highlight and a great place to relax. The location is very convenient, especially for anyone attending the United World Games. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. There was a small housekeeping oversight during one of the towel changes, as one of the large bath towels was not replaced, but this was clearly just a minor mistake and did not affect our stay. The only aspect that could be improved is the orange juice at breakfast, which tasted rather artificial. Freshly squeezed orange juice was available, but for an additional charge of approximately €6.80. Overall, a very comfortable hotel with a great atmosphere, excellent breakfast, and a convenient location. We would happily stay here again.

Great 1 night stay. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. Beautiful building in the heart of Klagenfurt. The town itself is very charming. Free street parking between 6pm - 8am, otherwise, the hotel parking and breakfast options are too expensive.

The entire facility has been updated and remodeled. The staff were extremely pleasant and the location is great for old town Klagenfurt sites and shopping. The breakfast buffet offering was robust and the fact that it was offered on the fifth floor with large windows overlooking Klagenfurt made it all the more enjoyable. Finally, being able to enjoy a sunset on the rooftop terrace was a great way to end the day.

The hotel is the perfect central location for the city and everything is within walking distance. Wonderful front desk staff who managed to answer all my questions! I loved the rooms and the view from the room and the amazingly soft bed. Nice glass shower with good pressure too. The breakfast buffet area has an amazing view -- it is so cool to see all the snow capped Alps around you. The buffet was very good, with super alpine ham too!

Nice hotel at good location

We stayed 4 nights in the hotel. In general, the hotel is okay, it is very central, served as a good base for us to explore Klagenfurt and surrounding. The facilities was okay, nothing special, the top terrace is always busy, no chance to enjoy it without reservation in advance (which nobody told us about it). But the morning breakfast team were really amazing - they were super efficient and professional, helped us to start the day with a smile.
