    Almost perfect.

    Very large room and well decorated. Average wifi. Free mini bar and personal touches like some lollies and a personalized welcome note was great! Nice and close to the station which is a major drawcard. Only concerns was there was only a half shower screen so it got cold in the shower because the bathroom is so large and also water splashes everywhere. The breakfast area is too small to accommodate so many guests. Also a cleaner came in one morning without even knocking. My daughter was getting changed and was half naked so she was horrified as was I.

    Great position, welcoming staff.

    Read lots of reviews before booking The Mecure. Very happy with our choice. Hotel was clean, super quiet, comfortable bed, great layout and friendly, helpful staff. We were especially thankful for the air conditioning during this hot August. Marienplatz a short walk and the train and tour buses at the end of the street and across the road. The immediate area not so clean or nice but most of the hotels are in this vicinity. Best fresh food / fruit at the railway station. Tried uploading room pics from phone but didn't accept anyway, just like the website.
