Last time we stayed prior to Covid the place was under new management and supposed to get a well-needed overhaul. Didn't happen and the hotel is very tired looking.

The first room they tried to put me in was very dirty. Spiderwebs in corners and bathroom had more than a few visible spots of black mold. They gave me another room which was a night and day difference but still hard to be content after seeing the filth in the first room

The room was nice. Phone wasn’t working but the staff quickly replaced it. Considering they only had a minimum staff, they were friendly and helpful.

I have emailed the manager of the hotel, but the issues at this hotel are deeper that the uncleanliness that’s I reported. I was also given a room with broken and stained lampshades, bugs on the window sills. The hotel in general is very downmarket. The staff are very pleasant and friendly.

Adequate lodging for travellers and business stay overs. Clean. Staff is friendly. A total renovation is over due but the room rates compensate for this. The elevator should be the first renovation. Close to major highway and all required amenities. If you are budget conscious, then this could be a hotel for you.
