Had a great time. Nice and clean.

Everything was fine except the problems due to the Covid situation.

Exceptional
The location was perfect for us; right off the highway. There is also a wal-mart nearby and several restaurants. The staff was wonderful, they made us feel safe and were very nice. The hotel gave out grab-and-go breakfast bags, which was awesome because they were still able to provide a great breakfast without people having to congregate. Overall a great value for the money and efficient and friendly service.

reat little hotel for a one nighter
The room was clean and today but very small. The bathroom was too small. Oscar at front desk was very helpful and friendly

Not impressed. Motel level quality.
I'm torn. This hotel was very disappointing upon arrival. The rooms were A LOT smaller than they appear in the pictures. Door handle to our room only worked by turning upward, not downward. Bathroom has a sliding door and the lock was broken making it useless. Found old used water bottle and hair clip plunder the bed, indicating room was not thoroughly cleaned. The hotel is considered dog friendly but there is not one single patch of grass anywhere outside the hotel only rocks. Complimentary breakfast is a cold croissant, an apple, a Nature Valley bar and some OJ. The hotel is not really around much of the areas you might want to visit in Santa Fe. The ONLY redeeming qualities other than the low price of the hotel was how friendly and helpful the staff was and the shower. Overall, not very happy with it, but I think it's to be expected for this price. Pet fees were very low compared to other pet friendly hotels.

Small room for double queen Bed , the worst part was how hot it was inside the room , air conditioning needs updating.

Really nice and clean! Pool was not open and breakfast was continental in a bag because of the Corvid.

Decieving read this b4 renting
It was more of the expensive hotels on the site. I have always wanted to stay there. I was really disapointed, the rooms are super small. The refigerater had not been cleaned. Outside the room the corridors and lobby were super super hot. It did not feel Southwestern and the pictures on the site are really deceiving. It looks nothing like that it has a very ols stail feeling. But now I know.

Nice hotel but upgrade your air conditioning
Rooms were clean, friendly staff and nice property but the room never got cool. We asked for a fan which they didn’t have. They let us check out another room but it was the same. After 3.5 hours it still was not comfortable. It’s a wall unit by the window and only feels cool right in front of it. I slept with a frozen water bottle. It finally cooled off enough to sleep comfortably at about 2-3am. I wouldn’t stay here during the hot months.
