An "ok" Hotel
Overall the hotel is "ok"; especially for the price. I was very disappointed when I found out that the hotel only offered basic cable. And when I say basic I mean I have more channels to choose from on my RV antenna tv selection. It was a big deal to me because I travel work alone and after work the television keeps me entertained. I changed hotels because of this issue.

Service was great, light in the bathroom didn't work but they changed us to another room and everything was great. Beds where comfortable and it was a great price for the room. Close to freeway and restaurants.

Wet carpet + dog urine= horrible experience
They shampoo the carpet‘s checked in at 4:30 PM to be told the room should be done being cleaned went back around 11 PM after I got off of work to find the carpets were soaking wet and the room smelled very strongly of dog urine. The hallway since they decided to shampoo the carpet‘s and didn’t dry am or properly anything the hallway reeked of that same dog urine smell 4 o’clock in the morning after I couldn’t take it anymore I went back down to the front desk and was told they can give me carpet sprinkle stuff To try and get rid of the smell I asked for that night to be refunded in for us to be moved I was told that they did not have another room am I stormed off very upset and about 30 minutes later received a phone call from the Deas letting me know the mysteriously got a room for me to move into

Worst Hotel Room of my Life!
This place is a total DUMP. I only found this out AFTER paying my money (which they refused to refund). In fact, this place was so unclean, unorganized and unhelpful, that I didn't even stay the night (despite requesting my money be refunded - which they refused to do - so I could go somewhere else because this place was so dirty and unorganized). Upon arrival, I went to check in at the front. There was only one person at the front desk (a red headed fellow with a spider man hat and a face covering that had jagged teeth on them - it was real professional). The front desk guy sent me to a room on the third floor. After getting all my stuff out of the car and up the stairs, the room was not ready ( the door to the room was wide open, no sheets and had trash everywhere). I went back down to the front desk (after taking all of my belongings back to my car). After waiting in line for 15 minutes, the guy at the front desk said 'Oh, just wait 30 minutes and it will be done.' After going back to my car and up to the room 30 minutes later, the room was still not clean. At this point, the cleaning lady (who was down the hall and I had to go ask what was going on) told me to go downstairs and move to the room down the hall (here response was 'Oh I hate it when the front desk sends people to rooms that have not been cleaned'). I went back to the front desk and, after waiting 15 minutes for the guy at the front desk to return, was issued a new key to a new room. Upon arrival into the new

Everything was pretty good. Only 2 issues. First the elevator was broke down. Second it said that they room came with premium cable and we didn’t get channels like TNT, USA, FX etc channels I would get at other hotels.
