The woman was friendly. It’s just not very coordinated. Also super cheap so wasn’t expecting a lot. The AC unit had air fresheners on it to cover the smell. The door only locks via deadbolt, the knob lock doesn’t work. The beds were clean. Idk, it was ok considering it’s only $130 for 2 nights.

Horrible there was no running water. The shower was rotted out. If I can upload a picture on here, I would disgusting they should be shut down. They showed me three different rooms and they all was horrible. I canceled my stay and got a refund.

Do not stay here. The doors only stay closed with the deadbolt on. Rooms are dirty. No one works the front desk. You have to keep calling the number posted on the window and they forward your calls to voicemail. Took about 40 minutes to talk to someone and then when I called Expedia to cancel the reservation and get a refund the hotel won’t answer any calls.

Substandard location very dirty was not sure if under construction trash everywhere rooms are filthy and bed mattresses outside the rooms leaning against the walls bathrooms was so dirty makes you want to run and bugs I checked in have been driving for 18 hours and needed sleep layed down and felt something crawling on me and was like nope I’m out and checked out 30mins after checking in do not recommend to anyone and their family this place is were you see crime scenes and is a crackhouse.

It took 50 minutes to check in! I had to call a number posted at the office several times before someone answered saying that she’d be there in 10 minutes. As I was checking in, I asked if someone would be available for check out at 7am next day and she said yes. By 7am, I knocked numerous times, called 7 times, left messages, sent text with no response. I kept asking loudly “Hello, anyone there?”, no reply… I was desperate because I already booked a ticket for 10 am and had to leave right away. Finally I had to bang on the door (very loud) and the man finally came out. Poor service and the room was dirty. When we turned on the heater/AC unit, dust was flying everywhere. Our family members have asthma and we’re still coughing from the dust. The toilet was brown/yellowish. We had to use spring water to brush our teeth. We didn’t dare to use the water for shower or wash our faces neither. Worst experience ever (and I travel a lot)!

The vehicle entry has large potholes. The room doors had non functioning door handle locks and only loose dead bolts. The rooms were dingy and in need of cleaning and painting, the carpets and were soiled and stained, the comforter was dark blue with questionable soiling .

Though I was assured of a late check in, no one was at the front desk to revive me. I had to find another place to stay despite booking this weeks in advance. My girlfriend was scared of the atmosphere the hotel created, so i guess the absence of staff was a blessing in disguise. I want a full refund.
