Junior-Studiosuite (Silberfichte) inkl. Abendessen gebucht. Angestellte besonders im Restaurant sehr freundlich, an der Rezeption ok: beim Vorbeigehen kein Grüssen, Auskunft betreffend Wandermöglichkeinen Nähe absolutes Minimum, kein Zeigen auf der Karte. Workout für 8:30 im voraus gebucht, es fand einfach nicht statt - wofür gibt man email an (Zi Nummer ist ja ohnedies bekannt)? Im Urlaub möchte ich mir nicht unnötig den Wecker stellen. Bedauern hierfür hielt sich sehr in Grenzen. Frühstück ausgezeichnet, Jause ebenfalls, Abendessen schön abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft, nur waren komischerweise gerade die Hauptspeisen (jeweils Fisch und Vegetarisch) etwas geschmacklos. Lustig war Winterzimmer im Wellnessbereich - mit echtem Schnee Preis ist nicht eben günstig und 4* ok, aber 4* superior - ich weiss nicht

Sehr schönes Hotel mit nettem Personal. Wellnessbereich ebenso sehr schön. Für Kinder, ausser Kleinkinder wäre es evtentuell im Winter resp solange Aussenpool nicht gefüllt ist, nicht so ideal wenn sie baden möchten. SPA Bad darf von 14 bis 16 Uhr benützt werden. Dann ist auch Jause Zeit. Sonst alles sehr schön gemacht.

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal hier. Die Design-Juniorsuite "Silberfichte" gefällt uns sehr gut. Der Wellnessbereich ist top und lässt keine Wüsche offen. Das Personal im ganzen Haus ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, insbesondere im Restaurant. Auch das Wochenprogramm das angeboten wird, finden wir super. Die Schneeschuhwanderung auf der Bieler Höhe war ein grandioses Erlebnis. Leider hatten wir auch 2 kleine Unannehmlichkeiten, die allerdings schnell behoben wurden. Was uns allerdings etwas irritiert hat, war, dass wir bei der Buchung einen Tag später 300 € weniger bezahlt hätten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Silberfichtenzimmer gefallen mir besonders gut,farblich und Material sind eine Wohltat.Einzig die Bettdecken könnten von besserer Qualität sein(atmungsaktiv) verstehe aber hotelseits die einfachere Reinigung des Kunststoffs. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich,aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Der Spa Bereich lässt keine Wünsche offen,hervorragend.Das Frühstück absolut top, Jausen top, Abendessen abwechslungsreich und fantasievoll hergestellt. Zusammengefasst hinterlässt (leider nur Kurzurlaub) der Aufenthalt in ihrem Hotel einen sehr positiven Eindruck. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Wir waren zum 2ten Mal dort und wieder begeistert. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und lieb. Den Wellnessbereich lieben wir besonders und verbringen dort gerne unsere Zeit. Wir können das Hotel somit für den Sommer als auch für den Winter wärmstens empfehlen. :)

Sehr schönes Hotel, super Deko. Schönes Wellnessbereich. Zimmer eher alt(modisch). Grosser Minus für Wellness, sehr überfüllt, ansonsten wäre es sehr schön. Wenig ruheräume. Kein Platz zum liegen. Verhältnismässig Nicht für so viele Zimmer ausgelegt!! Essen war top. Personal ebenfalls. Sehr freundlich, professionell. Beim Abendessen wurde der Platz zugewiesen. Freie Platzwahl wäre angenehmer, v.a.da es im Hotel auch Kinder hat und nicht jeder möchte ein Tisch daneben haben.
