Tidy modern interior. Quiet. The off street parking is a bit tight and unusable for larger vehicles. A clothes drier would be nice - all other laundry facilities are there. The blinds in the front bedrooms have a gap down both sides - privacy issues plus unwanted light early in the morning. Curtains would be better. The bathroom door needs a lock on it - especially if two couples may be staying there.

A beautifully presented fully restored cottage in densely populated South Dunedin. Ideal for where we wanted to be and would probably stay again. There were a number of minor points. There is a washing machine, but no dryer. There is a fold out clothes horse, but useless if it's raining. With such a makeover and new appliances, it would have been better fitted with a combined washer/dryer. No lock on the bathroom door if two couples are staying. Arty unusable furniture in the bedrooms which would be better bedrooms which would be better served by simple bedside table/drawers on each side plus a simple reading lamp on each table.Those with large cars may find it difficult to use the parking pad. We had to contact the property manager for an urgent reason on the Sunday night - left a phone message and six days later we have still not heard from them.
