Our family stays here every year we come to Parsippany from Bermuda. This time we noticed that multiple areas of the hotel require some upgrading. Overall we love the hotel based on the accessibility and the shopping and dining in the area. We will be back again next year and hope to see a few changes to the property.

Very nice clean hotel in a good setting. Breakfast was tasty with freshly cooked items and plenty of juice and coffee. Beds were very comfortable mattress on the couch. Needs to be replaced way too old and thin and has some rust on it from the couch springs otherwise enjoyed our stay very much.

8/10 Very good

My check-in was wonderful—great staff and was upgraded for free. Chose the property based on free breakfast, fitness room, and pool, all of which were helpful to our stay. The TV remote in my room didn't work and floor could've been cleaner, so I'm only giving the stay 4 stars and not 5.

This was a good place for an overnight girls weekend away with my niece. We did not use the amenities but the room was clean with comfortable beds. Just know that the main lobby for swimming, gym, and breakfast is not under the same roof. However, the area is safe

10/10 Exceptional

Nice selection for breakfast. Staff was helpful. There was some confusion because I didn't realize there would be a security deposit charge as soon as I checked in so I used the money for my food and souvenirs to pay for it. Which did suck since I needed it for food but its fine. I figured it out. I just wish there was better information on the price next time so I dont have any surprises. Parking was close so that was good.
