      Had Fun!

Everything was good. Just. Couple minor thing. Room came with 2 queen beds and only 2 towels. Had to ask for more. No big deal. WiFi was not working but who cares. Was not there to play on the internet.

      Never again!

It claims to be a three-star Lodge but ended up being a one-star motel. It wasn't very clean and it had an odor in the room. The TV wouldn't turn on and they didn't have a remote so they had to swap TVs just to get something for us to watch. Their Wi-Fi doesn't go to the rooms and because your in a bad location cell service was spotty. We were tired and it was a last minute decision but we will never never stay there again!!

Overpriced and underserviced. Property is dirty and. I’ll maintained. I paid 155 dollars a night for a 50 dollar room. Tv would not work upon checking nor telephone. No maid service for 3 days. Garbage bags stored in common areas overflowing. When I requested gagbage cleanup and linens, they brought me empty garbage bags. Was told to put dirty linen outside door and someone would replace it. I stayed at this motel a couple years ago and it was a pleasant experience. I’ll never go there again. I’ve been traveling this country got 80 life years and never saw poor service like this. I think I am due a refund.

      Dont book here.

We had booked it with out seeing it. As we were coming down to Pigeon Forge my granddaughter was reading about it. When we arrived we ask to see the rooms. 3 of the 4 of us went in to see the 2 rooms. Had mold on AC/Heating unit in one room. Hair on sheets, sheets were dirty not tucked in (Like they had been used), the drain stopper was missing in one room, Spiders, carpet dirty, dead roaches around & an aweful smell... Over all unsafe for people with allergies to mold, deep dirt, or spiders ect... Not sure if there were other bugs, like bed bugs or not. They havent given us all the refund back as of today. DO NOT STAY AT THIS INN/LODGE/HOTEL Very disappointed that Hotel.com would recomment such a nasty place. We have always had good places to stay prior to this weekend with Hotel.com.

The shower head was broken and sprayed water into the bathroom. There was 1 towel when we got into the room. The coffee pot didn’t work. I spoke with the front desk and they said they work fix everything. We came back 9hrs later and nothing had been done at all. We then had to swap rooms 11o’clock. The room need pillows and towels. Overall the service was very crappy and very disappointing.
