Personally, I had a very poor experience with the management and communication. This is the reason for my low rating. I chose the hotel based on the Ramada name. Specifically, I was disappointed with the English level of some the staff and their communication style. Also, the room itself had some design quirks in the bathroom.
The experience was not totally bad with nice front desk staff and some decent amenities. Overall, my experience led me to provide a low scoring review. I will not stay here again.
