Beautiful hotel very close to the beach and boardwalk. We were upgraded to a room ocean view with balcony and enjoyed the view but unable to leave doors open due to road noise. Air conditioning did not work well for the warm weather in July. Otherwise we recommend.

It’s a beautiful building and a great rooftop bar but the property is dated, rooms are stuffed up and need som me love and there is a strange rule that was not clearly stated on the booking page that the hotel is not allowed to put air conditioning on before mid May. We upgraded to a room with a view and it was beautiful with views of the ocean. The room was a little smaller than anticipated but it was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful with great restaurant recommendations and information. The breakfast room was beautiful and they had a wonderful selection to choose from every morning. We enjoyed our stay very much. We didn’t have a car for parking so I can’t comment on that.

Adorable hotel characteristic of Viareggio in the days of elegant dining, phone booths and high ceilings with the convenience of a modern large bathroom. Location is perfect. Service fantastic.
