Good
Clean rooms and good staff. Not enough amenities for the price, however. Pool table, tennis court, etc are great and the public areas are very well furnished, awesome library. We asked for microwave multiple times, but it was never provided. We asked for water multiple times, but it took them hours to bring it. There is no water/soda machine near rooms. Restaurants on property are extremely expensive. Basically, there isn't much to eat and you would either have to eat at their restaurants, go outside the resort and eat at one restaurant close by, or go farther away for food.

Very good
Loved the location. Didn’t like paying Expedia more than I found out I would have paid if I purchased resort directly

Location of the resort. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The 3 restaurants served great food.

OK property. I definitely don't consider this to be a five star hotel. Some updates are needed. Especially in the gym. Don't expect much during their off peak season. The hotel was a ghost town. Restaurant hours varied and the property is poorly lit at night. I almost tripped a few times. They also placed an $1,100 hold on my credit card for incidentals which I though was excessive. Especially given the age and condition of the property. I'd give Elbow beach a 2.5 out of five stars. The staff was great. Very helpful and accommodating, with the exception of early check out. Since it was off peak and my flight was later in the day, I asked for a later checkout. Just an hour and thirty minutes. My request was denied, even though the property was a no where near booked to capacity. I saw 10-15 people max the entire stay. I'll definitely be staying elsewhere on my next visit to Bermuda.

I liked the peacefulness. Room smelled a bit musty when we checked in had to air it out. Coffee in room didn’t taste great. Bed was so comfy.

Definitely take the breakfast rate, if available. Full freight breakfast was $38 this year - included for 2 (there were 3 of us) with select rate plans. A rare value find in Bermuda, it was a generous serving with a wide variety. Property itself was a little disappointing for the price point. Our air conditioning never really worked, and they were unable to fix it, leaving us with the daunting prospect of repacking and unpacking all over again in a new room. Property is also on a steep slope, which makes walking back from the beach or restaurants daunting as well. The front desk offered us the services of the bell hop-driven shuttle - results were hit or miss, in December. At busier times, I can't think you could count on it at all. The beach is rather narrow, and also on the steep slope - feels like you're going to slide right into the water, lounge chair and all. Good amenities within walking distance - Paraquet restaurant, Modern Mart grocery, St. Michael's RC Church, as well as the ubiquitous bus, as close as right across the street (once you trek up the hill to them). Onsite restaurant menu was limited, and cocktails contained no discernible alcohol whatsoever. Even with service and delivery charges, room service was a better option. The main building is not in use, except for the lobby, giving it somewhat of a "The Shining" feel. Remaining cottages closer to the water are in blocks of three duplexes each - a common door, with two separate doors behind - unique.
