We stayed here for one night before our flight and it was perfect: lovely rooms, good food and a convenient shuttle service to Narita. Staff was very efficient and helpful.

Very good hotel.

The hotel is a bit tired but still clean. The price was great. The shuttle service was amazing both to and from the airport and to the station and the mall. I would stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay

We appreciated the airport shuttle to and from the hotel. Hotel check in and out was very quick, breakfast was good as was the top story lounge. We appreciated the spacious room after the smaller rooms in most cities we stayed! Only suggestion I would make would be to update the bathrooms- they were very clean but dated. Would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Excellent welcome to Japan

Everything was as advertised including the airport bus pick up and return. This hotel provides an excellent and convenient no fuss welcome to Japan for those arriving at Narita airport, especially later in the day. The staff were all lovely to deal with and we would definitely stay here again. The room was spacious and quiet with block out curtains and comfortable beds and all required amenities.

Great value and beautiful property

The whole experience was wonderful. I would book here again if the opportunity arose. We booked the double room, it was large and very clean. The shop is so cute, along with a lawsons on the property. The upstairs lounge was lovely. The service was beyond exceptional. They also provide a local shuttle to the neighborhood, which is recommended to visit! The airport shuttle was a bonus! Thank you!
