The hotel was clean and very friendly service. I seen workers constantly checking pools and hot tubs to make sure they were okay. The inside pool water was so warm which was great since it was cold outside. The only thing I recommend ( even though it was clean) is getting rid of carpet. Also there was a very small lamp in the end table that had a torn shade that needed replacing. Everyone was friendly, hotel and grounds was clean, and I loved that it was easily accessible a few streets off parkway and not in busy traffic.

We really enjoyed our stay! There were 6 of us so we needed 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. I slept in the sofa bed with my youngest and it was surprisingly comfortable. Hotel was very clean, and service was prompt each time we asked for additional towels. Only complaint was the amount of chlorine used in the indoor pool. It was so strong that our kids eyes were bloodshot after swimming and my eyes were burning from the fumes just sitting by the pool. We assumed it could be due to COVID.

Everything was great. We did have to change rooms because one of the beds in the first room had a few ants in it. Other than that it was perfect

Hotel is nice, but upon getting key to the room, it took us 5 times before we got a key card that would work! For the room to be a suite it was really cramped for the 6 of us. States separate seating area, but sofa bed is right in the kitchen area! Beds were not comfortable! Plus only had one elevator for the entire hotel and was very small slow! Ended up using stair majority of the time, even to get luggage to room! Won’t be staying here again!!

This was our second time staying at this location. The kids loved the indoor swimming pool and we love the hot tub. The breakfast was not the "normal" hot breakfast but the muffins, juice & coffee was great. We will definitely stay again.

Guest ratings are so important. That’s what I base most of my decisions on. So, when I found this affordable hotel with such high ratings, it seemed like the best fit. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. This trip was for 3 adults. We got to the room and it was 2 full size beds, not queens, which makes a difference when 2 people need to share one bed. We decided to just use the pull out, which generally, are never comfortable. We pull this out and there is a mattress pad on top of a yellowed and stained mattress. Needless to say, we closed that back up and did not use it. The beds are hard and not at all comfortable. We were on the first floor and tried to crack the winds for some air, and the window lock was broken. The window opened without a screen, so it allowed open access for anyone or anything to come into the room. We closed it back up, but again, the lock was broken. The whole hotel (at least the first floor) smells of smoke, even though the rooms were non-smoking. The lobby also had a very unpleasant smell about it. The space was nice, they clearly tried to update certain aspects of the room, but it was not at all worth the price. For just a few dollars more I could have stayed in a much nicer hotel. My advice- don’t try to save money by booking this hotel. It isn’t worth it.

The rooms are large. Full kitchens. And I actually like that it is not on top of the trip but actually quieter and behind.

The hotel was in good condition and all of our needs were met. COVID issues prevented the hotel from providing breakfast but that’s out of their control. Completely satisfied with the stay.
