Excellent value for money. Clean and adequate facilities. Could have some minor maintenance done, loose toilet seat and kitchen sink tap, and couldn't find any teaspoons, however highly recommend the building and facilities and quietness of the area.

I wrote this to you in an email on the night I was in the house but have not had a response.
- the house was in darkness on arrival. An outside light would have been very welcome especially as I had told you I’d be arriving late (therefore after dark) and you knew I was a female on my own
- there is no lock on my bedroom door (I am in the first bedroom as you enter the house, as per your instructions). Is there anyone else staying in the house? I don’t feel very safe.
- my bedroom has 2 crickets in it and I’m scared of them. I managed to kill one, but I can’t get access to the other one. I have closed the window where they came in, but if I see any large spiders I will completely freak out
- the bathroom sink and tap are dirty
- the pillow slip is dirty
- the bottom sheet has brown stains on it
Please advise if you would like photos.
I have never written a bad review online before. And I don’t want to now, but I’ll have no choice if my concerns are not addressed.

Was a nice room we stayed in, place was very clean but at the same time the house seemed empty as there wasn’t much inside also didn’t realise that others would be in house at the same like multiple people living together but apart from that it was good.
