The staff are all friendly and helpful with all our needs. Vanessa at reception on arrival at the hotel was very so helpful and friendly and made time to give as all the information we need went above and beyond to sort out extra towels etc. Will go back on next visit if staying in Swindon. Thank you all again for making our stay a great one. Also thank you to Sam the lady at the gym next door for making time for us . Only thing I would have liked to see was a few more things for vegan or vegetarian but otherwise a good section for breakfast. A++++

Impressive lobby and staff were helpful on check in. The pool was good, especially the shallow bit for kids. Unfortunately there was work being done on the 2nd day and we had to put up with banging and sawing whilst using the pool. Breakfast was good, although my children said the milk tasted funny. The shower, and beds were good. The snack bar and fridge was useful, although expensive. Overall happy with price and amenities.

The gentleman on reception who checked us in was really lovely and very welcoming. The room was nice and spacious. Pillows were a bit too soft for our personal tastes and rooms could do with a kettle but otherwise very happy with our stay. Breakfast was nice also. Staff definitely stood out for us as being the best feature of this hotel!

Lovely stay at the hotel. Staff all really friendly and helpful. Sat outside in the good weather and the food from the bar was excellent. Good quality sandwiches with huge fillings. Room was ok though a little tired in places but the air con worked really well.
