Treated very poorly by the reception staff. I am still waiting for return of funds, holding deposit. They told me it is pending but has been debited from my account. When I challenged them on this matter they were extremely rude, threatened to hang up and did so. Having spent nearly $1000 on accommodation I do not expect to be treated so badly by staff who do not have any concept of customer service. Also parking was charged at $30/night instead of $25 as advertised. Room was nice but service terrible. Won't be staying there again
