I stayed in this hotel about 3 months ago and I had liked the strict measurements they were taking due to the pandemic. That’s why I decided to stay there again but this time it was way different. The room I stayed in was not properly cleaned. I found dust and hairs (not mine) in the sink, shower and bed. That raised my concerns and made me feel unsafe. I will no be staying there anymore.

I can believe that we were placed in a room right next to the most trafficked Blvd, I understand when there’s no more rooms available but in this situation the hotel was almost empty, if we got 3 hours of sleep it was a lot!!
