Very clean. Friendly front desk staff. The begged breakfast was more than adequate under the COVIS time. The fresh fruit besides the bagged food was great addition to the breakfast. Reasonable cost. Convenient location for what we need to do - covid vaccination at the convention center

Good but had an issue
The hotel was clean and presentable. All the staff were very nice and friendly. I did see a cockroach in my room in the morning and checked out. Come on you make a lot of money get rid of them. Will not return

Not bad
Pros: hotel is very clean, staff can always be found cleaning something! The beds were very comfortable. Cons: doors slam hard and getting clean towels was a bit of a hassle. There weren't clean towels left in our room during a 3-night stay. Front desk said it was Covid-related to keep people from being in & out of room. We were told to leave unwanted linens in the hall. Looked bad but we set out used used towels and garbage and they were taken by someone. We had to request each morning for housekeeping to bring towels. They were delivered in about 10 minutes after asking. I think they could at least drop off clean towels. Just open the door & set them in the bathroom if they don't want to spend time in the room. Many other hotels are finding it okay to leave clean towels for their guests.

Will not be going back
Because we booked with hotels.com (said to me at check out) we got put in a handicap (not handicap) right by the back door where everyone came in and out and was loud til 2 in the morning. Breakfast was awful given warm hard boiled eggs and warm yogurt all that was supposed to be cold. Needed a blow dryer they couldn’t get any and they never wanted to help or seemed like they liked being there at their job. We were the hassle as the customer. We will not be going back. Best part was that we at least felt it was clean or we would have left before our stay.

Good Visit
We like to stay at Hamptons because of past experiences. This visit was no different. Our stay was very good. The front desk staff was excellent and seemed to truly care about our comfort. It was our first trip during the COVID mess. I can only give the trip a 9 because of the COVID changes, which are common everywhere right now. The breakfast is meh and gets old 5 days in a row. Perhaps a cereal option would add variety. We look forward to the return of the standard breakfast. No housekeeping under COVID. There was a miscommunication about getting our waste basket emptied and new towels that was quickly corrected We will return in the future and look forward to the end of the COVID restrictions.

We really enjoyed our stay as it was close by (within walking distance) to the Orange Co Convention Center which was great as we were there for my daughter’s volleyball tournament!
