Lot of little things.
Not up to the usual standards you would expect for a Hampton. Noisy air conditioner. Slow draining bathroom sink. Who though of placing the bathroom faucet at an angle? Stains on the carpet. The bathroom/closet barn door is the dumbest most inconvenient thing I have ever seen. I’m surprised no one has cut their finger off. The beds and bedding were great which is the main reason I stay at Hamptons. I think I’ll change.

I stay there friday night and check in is faster and no credit card require. Next sunday night check in a rude guy attend front desk and ask me for a credit card and hold $100 dls deposit he accept no explanation

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the back of the swivel chair was ripped. The bath mat had a stain on it. Not up to the standards I've experienced in other Hampton Inns. The beds were comfortable and the staff very friendly though.
