Phenomenal customer service provided by Dean made the check-in process fast and informative. Amenities and COVID-19 policies offered and explained. Room was spacious and clean. Staff available whenever necessary. Restaurant and Starbucks open with limited hours. Parking isn’t free, however, it is easy to use and priced per night

It was clean but not comfortable. Mattress was ver uncomfortable. Not enough pillows not a single cup or glass provided in the room. No mention that there would be no room service/additional towels provided we had to ask. Also hotel added $100 per night for “ incidentals” which didn’t exist. No microwave in the room and no free coffee in the lobby. Other hotels do this. No effort!!
