The room was excellent. Squeaky clean, beautiful and very comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom. Buffet meal in evening was not worth the price. Restaurant Service was very slow and not friendly. There is extra charge to use the pool and sauna area. These were nice but did not feel this should be an additional charge.

Fint værelse der dog ikke havde aircondition og derfor var meget varmt at sove i. Receptionisten var ikke særlig imødekommende. Morgenmaden var nogenlunde, men søndag, hvor der egentlig skulle have været morgenmad til klokken 10:30, blev maden fjernet allerede 10:10, så vi fik ikke en ordentlig morgenmad og da jeg påtalte det overfor receptionen var der ingen reaktion andet end at det måtte hun nævne for personalet. Desuden fjernede tjeneren min tallerken mens jeg sad med maden i munden. Udendørs faciliteter som borde og bænke var ikke aftørret så de var til at sidde i efter nattens regnvejr. Indtjekning foregår via en app og fjerner den personlige kontakt hvor vigtige informationer videreformidles. Min samlede vurdering er at der ikke er tale om et 4 stjerners hotel. Det er ærgerligt med så flot en beliggenhed at der er truffet valg der fjerner kvaliteten i den samlede oplevelse.

Mig og konen har været på rigtig mange hoteller de sidste par år pga jeg blev alvorligt syg med uhelbredelig kræft for snart 4 år siden . Og der begyndte vi at tage på mange små hotel ophold for at komme lidt på afstand fra sygdom og slappe lidt af . Og må indrømme at vi aldrig har været på så flot og afslappende sted tæt på alverdens ting og virkelig skønne omgivelser og dejlige værelser med skønne senge . Så kan kun gi top karakter for det hele . Den bedste weekend de sidste Mange år tusind tak for oplevelsen til sørup herregård. Og den skønne morgenmad vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage igen.....

Hotellet behöver renovering, gamla rum. Inte fräscht. Och restaurang frukost var inte välplanerat rum. Trångt serveringsplats. Bord som vi sitter äta måste städas, dukas för att undvika damp o insekter!! Kanske duka bord med vita borddukar!! En annan sak ; fanns inte personal på receptionen när vi behövde. Mycket ljud på morgonen, ingen av personalen visste varför det blev så , först jag och min man tänkte kanske var det brandlarmet som gick av , personen vill att vi skulle evakuera men nej, ingen visste , ljudet gick i några minuter typ 45 minuter…. ;-( Maträtter var gott!! 💓
