Staff were helpful and polite, place was in a lovely spot over looking the river, room was nice and clean. However, we weren’t informed there was building works going on at the property and that our view from the room was looking out onto the scaffolding and workers. We paid £25 for breakfast included and it took about half an hour for it to come out, ordered poached eggs on toast and all the eggs were hard boiled! Bit of a let down

Very conveniently located, definitely visit the Butterfly Farm, it is magical! Highly recommend Walking Tour, Owen was a fantastic guide. Good food and so much history. Don't miss Shakespeare's birthplace, school and burial sites. Stratford upon Avon is a bucket list place to visit.

Great location and lots of posh pubs around the hotel to go meals in the evening. We had our meal at Bistro Pierre, which is attached to this hotel Lovely food and great service too. Very welcoming and helpful staff at reception on check in. The bed was incredibly comfy and the room was very clean. Parking was available at the hotel and for a feasible price of £10 for 24 hours. We went to one of the bars/restaurant linked to the hotel, the Bear. Staff were very friendly there too and it was an added bonus to get 10% off all food and drinks. We will definitely be back.
