The hotel seems stuck in the 70s. Facilities not on par with other Dan Hotels we've stayed in (Jerusalem, Tel Aviv). Breakfast Buffet quite limited and slow. Bar staff friendly; restaurant and front desk less so. Separate paid parking under the hotel a bit disorganized. Can't say that I would return

It is very well located, especially the views. Third parking was very convenient although not well marked so locating the parking entrance on the first day was a bit of a challenge. The front desk staff was very helpful. We had a car problem and the Receptionist on duty, Gill, took charge and called our rental company and arranged for emergency service. As this was on a Friday afternoon in Haifa when everything begins to shut down for the Sabbath, Gill's intervention this was especially helpful to us. The only negative was that the customer computer is not connected to a printer and we had to print out our boarding passes. The on duty receptionist at that time was not sure how to do and it took a while to sort things out - but she called for help and the issues was resolved. The breakfast buffets were standard Israeli, over-the-top affairs with a very attentive staff. Overall. I highly recommend this hotel. Norm Weingart Syosset, New York
