Dirty, Dirty, Dirty
While staying in our room I realized bottom of my feet have gotten pitch black shortly after I removed my socks as if had walked barefoot in street for days on............ So i jumped in shower and few minutes after coming out of shower I noticed my feet are dirty again....... Aside from dirty floor, the toilet was running the whole night...... Also the TV had no channels to view, only playing Eastern Indian movies around the clock.

Stayed here to stop driving through the night in Mexico. Made reservations ahead of time and i have a truck loaded with things to bring to my family in Mexico from the states. Parking was a big thing. Real a deal breaker for other hotels that had parking outside. There was always someone looking over the parking and no one who is staying is allowed to go inside the parking lot. I only stayed 5 hours. But, it was comfortable. Had the ac on. Showered and relaxed. Really it was a good stay. No complaints

Bad manager service
I found that I was retaliate for the manager of these hotel to not get the king size bed rooms! When I came to the hotel I mention the great service I recibe from the auditor at the front desk and the manager say I will block you again to send you to room 316 I report these room because it was dirty and stinky and he mention that because I report the bad service that other front desk attendants

I have stayed every year for the past 5 years in this hotel. I really like the prices and the service provider. However; this year the rooms seem deteriorated, our bathroom seat was broken, and the room had a weird smell. I stayed 4 days and not once were our floors mopped. I was disappointed with the quality this year. The breakfast is not very keto friendly mostly pastries and sweets.

Clean and comfortable
Clean comfortable room in a fairly central location. Loud poolside music was a negative but this stopped by 8.00pm. Overall I thought it was pretty good.

Decent hotel for the price
Hotel Is in good location. Walking distance to eateries and convenience stores. Not far from shopping mall and entertainment venues. Decent continental breakfast (it's free). Swimming pool could use a system to keep it warm due to water is damned cold even when it's 80- 100 degrees outside.

Doubt I'll stay here again
Well the hotel for being a USA franchise did not meet the USA standard. Rooms in the 400 section be careful due to a roach problem. Man, there were roaches in the bed, faucet, closet and along the walls. No joke. I immediately notified hotel management. They sent the head lady of the cleaning crew to inspect the room. That lady is no orkin man, what would she know. The girl front the front desk asked how big the roaches were... I was like really? The front desk girl basically said they aren't too big, so I should stay in the room. No need to be moved to another room. I only was able to switch rooms when I told her no. I'll post the photos I have taken on facebook. After that I was given another room. The pool was dirty as well and pool water way cold.
