Needs few basic improvements.
This property was better than average but did not meet “county inn and suites” brand expectations. I have stayed at many places of this brand and impressed everywhere but this was surprising in a bad way. My suite 318 was good. Had refrigerator and microwave which was great. No complaints. But the hallways were smelly probably because cooling wasn’t functioning anywhere there, too hot. Elevators’ half the buttons didn’t work except the levels and wasn’t air conditioned. It was programmed to work in a a very obsolete manner like it wouldn’t start until after waiting for long inside. Ice maker wasn’t working. Breakfast is served well but they put sausage/bacon, biscuits, eggs, oatmeal etc in one pot so someone who’s vegetarian can’t get oatmeal or eggs. Also, first day egg scramble was there but second day it wasn’t. My daughter didn’t eat because it was in the same pot as meat. There was no one at the breakfast area for help when we were having trouble operating pancake maker. Poor landscaping outside. I wasn’t able to check out their pool so don’t know if it was even functioning. They have so much potential for improvement.

Great price for value
Stay was worth the money. Hotel was in good shape. I stayed with four children ( 18,14,8, and 6). They swam in pool and we ate breakfast in mornings. We stayed gone a couple days of our trip. We were not the most organized and did bag all out trash in large garbage bag and staff took care of it. I have no complaints and it was exactly what we needed ( a place to crash and hang out for a few days) .
