I did enjoy my stay at the high. I would say one of the things that really bothered me was parking at the high for gas.The valet people were on the same page was causing me to discuss step up my room on several occasions well I would like to do.

The hotel was not a great experience and seems like it's barely ticking over. Almost no staff.. the pool is dead quiet and there is no water, amenities or food to be had. But the real issue that made us check out a day early was the lack of WiFi. It was down the whole day when I woke up after the first night. Needed to work, zoom call and such and I could not connect. I spoke to the staff on three occasions and they kept saying it would be repaired but it was not. They said it was down in the whole hotel. This is not acceptable in a 4 star hotel. I am still waiting for a call from the manager who was unavailable when I checked out.

The views are to die for. I had a view of the ocean and the city.

Overall we had an amazing time. The view from the Room on 37 floor was breathtaking. The front desk was able to check us in early and they provided complimentary free late check out. The only concern we had was the smell in the room. It looks like they just recently painted it and the smell was strong first day. We kept the windows open and by the next day it smelled better. Highly recommended!

One star is actually a compliment to this hotel, worse experience EVER, first they said we have to wear the wrist band throughout our whole stay or will get in trouble, like children. Then when we got to the room the TV didn't work the deadbolt of the door didn't work or the Toilets , when we call the hotel front desk they send maintenance and he agreed that these facilities didn't work, the hotel said they will gives us the resort fee waived due to this. Then we had a late check out at 1:00PM and when we woke up the security and the hotel manager Bojan Obradovic were in the room ( they got in because the dead bolt didn't work) Threating us that we had to leave that very moment or they will call the police on us, then they charged us an additional $600 for the late check out and then said it was because they couldn't sell the room that night & still told us to leave , in conclusion WORSE HOTEL IN Hollywood & worse customer service. Dont ever stay there.

Great Hotel we loved our apt very spacious, clean, quiet, well decorated. Niice staff very helpful with our stay, the pool is large plenty space. definitely we will comeback..

Nice stay for families and friends. Stayed during COVID times so be mindful of this review. Didn't get to use the amenities much as the beach was so close. Would recommend the stay. If you bring a car, expect to pay a lot for parking as only valet is available.

Overall a nice place to stay. The view in our penthouse was amazing. We were a little disappointed that the pool bar closes so early, and we could never get someone from valet on the phone . We had no housekeeping at all during our stay but we managed without it. Could be a really great place to stay if service employees did a better job.

This place is horrible they have too many restrictions we were there for my nieces 15 supposably there was a maximum of only 8ppl for a 3 bedroom, which was not stated on here nor there website it doesn’t give you the restrictions unless you book with them on their site and after you book it tells you their restrictions the manager was nasty and rude for such an expensive hotel the customer services was unacceptable never going back the pool closed at 7PM it was horrible.
