A savoir avant de réserver la chambre Traditional

Séjour de 2 nuits dans la Traditional Classic Room, nous avons été très déçus de ce type de chambre. La propreté laisse à désirer (toiles d'araignées derrière la TV, chaise de bureau en ruine, poussières au-dessus des meubles,...) cfr photos. Dans le descriptif, on parle d'un coin salon séparé mais il n'y a rien, juste la chaise de bureau! Il n'est donc pas possible de s'asseoir à 2 personnes mis à part sur le lit! Le lit ne correspond pas à un type Select confort comme décrit et la chambre est très mal aménagée Les articles de toilettes sont très limitées, juste 1 serviette par personne et 1 bouteille de shampoing douche entamée. Nous avons dû aussi aller acheter du papier toilette. Attention pas d'éclairage pour trouver l'entrée à votre arrivée et nécessité de votre téléphone pour rappeler quelqu'un et ce pour recevoir les clefs de votre chambre dans les heures de présence de 17h à 22h. Aucune présence de l'hôtelier sur place! Check out se fait en remettant les clefs dans une boîte. A signaler, cette chambre n'est pas accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite. En espérant que les autres types de chambres de cet établissement sont de meilleure qualité et confort.

Nous sommes tombés en panne sur la route de ce fait nous sommes arrivés vers minuit nous avons trouvé porte-close aucun système de remise de clé alors que tout est prévu je suis commercial depuis plus de 20 ans c'est la première fois que je me retrouve devant une porte fermée il y a devoir relouer une nouvelle nuit d'hôtel dans un autre établissement. aucune conciliation du propriétaire impossible de faire entendre notre bonne foi aucun remboursement n'a été accordé ni geste commercial propreté perfectible poussière sur le sol vaisselle à relaver, sans évier pas évident douche minuscule, mansardee pas ideale pour prendre sa douche, on finit par douter de la véracité des autres notes
