Very lovely quaint Hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. It's also located in the center of town and the best place to view the balloons. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended

Ms. Ceyda was very helpful and she made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. Prior to our arrival, our balloon tour was also arranged by the hotel but it was later cancelled due to weather conditions unfortunately. The property is within 5 minutes walking distance to center of Goreme. Room size and amenities were great. Shower and bathroom were clean and spacious. However, we could not adjust the temperature of our room - floor heating (fancy feature) is managed centrally. We had to ask the reception to lower the temperature of our rooms. Other than that, everything was great. Breakfast was huge and delicious. During our 2 day stay, breakfasts were slightly different each other in terms of menu items which we liked a lot.
