it was a decent stay. some of the staff ignored guests when they were speaking to them. Breakfast on Sunday was not a good experience items were cold and not refilled for the amount of people coming down. Waffle machine empty of took staff a very long time to refill even after several people made them aware of this.

Door Left Unlocked by Housekeeping
We stayed for two nights (Fri & Sat), relatively uneventful with one exception. We placed our ‘do not disturb’ sign in our lock on Sat when we left for the day, not needing housekeeping. Upon our return around midnight we found our door was unlocked and propped open by the deadbolt. This was VERY unsettling. We talked to the front desk immediately, he was kind and courteous and responsive to our concerns. He said, ‘that is something usually done by housekeeping when they are cleaning in the morning to avoid using the key card to go in/out.’ We were confused as we didn’t need anyone to clean our room, we like privacy and the security of a locked door. In the end, we’re unsure why this happened, but not pleased having our room left unlocked by hotel staff and accessible by anyone all day while we were gone. An unusual and disappointing experience.
