    Disappointed in Service

I notified the hotel before our arrival that my service dog would be with us and was told it would be noted on my account for check-in. When we arrived, there was no note on my account and the attendant at the desk asked me to provide certification and registration papers for my service dog. ADA does not require certification, nor is there a reqistry for them. There is for ESAs, which are not covered by ADA mandates, but not for service animals. I proceeded to tell him this, he argued with me, saying I couldn't bring my dog without proof of training at a certified facility. My state and ADA does not require this and we self-train. The owner stepped in, fortunately. The employees aren't well trained for disabilities. The handicapped spots were regularly taken by cars w/o tags. When reported at the desk, that attendant just shrugged at me and went back to texting. I asked for more shampoo and towels so my husband could shower our second morning and no one ever came. Breakfast had cereal and no milk, bagels and no spreads, and most other items empty. This was before halfway through breakfast time. When told, they went to tell the lady who refills things but couldnt find her. Never did see this mystery breakfast employee. At checkout I asked someone to come to the room to verify my dog had done no damage. I waited 20+ minutes for someone but no one came. So I took pictures. Hallway smelled of marijuana. Carpet was dirty, kept socks on. Fridge not cold, food went bad.

Walked out of the nastiest place ever.

Checked in to a DIRTY room. Then the replacement smelled terrible. They probably didn’t clean it very well. Plus beds were terribly hard and pillows sucked We walked out and they refused to refund us.

    No plans on returning.

This place was a little scary/shady. There was only one way to get to the rooms, through the main lobby. Person checking us in was friendly and gave prompt, friendly service. Lady checking us out was not friendly at all, never spoke a word until I told her we were checking out. Shower drain was extremely slow.
