I've stayed at other Riu properties. This property was disappointing. I'll have to stay elsewhere when I return to Aruba. Pros: The staff was helpful when checking in. They were very responsive to requests during my stay. Cons: -I had to beg for clean towels everyday. -The food at the buffet was good for breakfast & lunch; dinner was horrible, even at the restaurants. -There weren't any real activities on on property (parties, games, etc.). -On many occasions the staff wasn't friendly, borderline rude. -The decor was old & the carpet on the hallway floors was dirty.
