2/10 Poor

Very underwhelming
I recently stayed at the Prince Hotel Sinjuku, the hotel experience was very underwhelming, wanted to charge extra for everything and majority of their facilities was closed or had a function on. The rooms where very small and l would not stay here again.

2/10 Poor

Not recommended- better hotels in Shinjuku
We knew the room would be small and it was. We didn’t expect it to be so noisey- even on a high floor. Noise from the street level and surrounding areas. Despite leaving a night early - at our cost- the hotel has not responded to an email I sent through the Hotels app. I cannot find any other email contact for them.

Stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning of our japan trip. Loved it - excellent location, polite and helpful staff, lovely room with massive bed and exceptional view. Will definitely stay here again in future.
