This hotel is more than suitable, though the room was a bit smaller. We enjoyed the breakfast and service, and the location very much. We didn't use the onsen, though it looked nice. I found an ugly bug in the bathroom that I made my husband deal with, but otherwise it was clean. The beds were comfortable though the pillows weren't great. My daughter's pull open sofabed was slanted but she seemed to sleep fine.

Coffee/tea machine in the lobby would have been appreciated; staff didn't replenish coffee/tea supplies in room during green cleaning.
