Not a great night's sleep
The room was very hot and the air conditioning in the room wasnt working so we had to have the window open. There was a lot of noise from the street outside as it was a Saturday night - people shouting and screaming outside our window till 5am In the morning when I complained about the air conditioning the receptionist said that they turn it off during winter! Tried all settings and had it on minimum but it kept pumping out hot air. Issue with hot water too. Took ages to warm up and was only luke warm after running for 10 mins. My daughters room also had issues. Shower was blocked so overflowed and the room smelt damp so this obviously wasnt a one off event.
