La maison est très charmante, pleine de charactère, bien placée à deux pas de la Cathedrale et près de restaurants et des amenités de Béziers. Mais la vraie star c’est Rosa, qui es la plus charmante d’hôtesses. Toujours souriante et faisant tout pour vous faire passer un superbe séjour. Par example, j’ai commenté en passsant que j’avais de l’intolérance à la lactose et le lendemain elle avait déjà acheté des produits sans lactose pour le petit-déjeuner. C’était très touchant en fait et un clair example de ses efforts pour rendre un impeccable service. En plus, elle nous a même ammenés à la gare, ce qui était très gentil de sa part. Nous n’hésiterons pas à retourner. Merci Rosa pour votre magnifique accueil.

Très bon accueil mais chauffage pas encore opérationnel. 13 ° C dans la chambre à notre arrivée et 17 ° C le matin. 12 ° C dans la salle de bain le matin. Le chauffage devait être mis en service le lundi suivant. Nous avons annulé notre deuxième nuit et avons apprécié que la propriétaire accepte le remboursement.
