    Stayed in more than 150 hotels, but I’ve never experienced so terrible customer service as in this hotel. Also try not to book during winter or summer, because if hotel staff doesn’t ruin your stay, that noisy AC in room will definitely do.

    The staff are so friendly and helpful. Good airport shuttle that was easy to find. Nice breakfast and good meals at reasonable prices in the restaurant. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

    Disgusting.

    The building is clean. The administrator did not cope with the work. It did not register customers registered online. There was a big queue there. I spent 5 hours on this. I had to go to the nearest motel. No refund was made.There was absolutely no mood to rejoice and admire anything.

    Horrible Experience

    I quickly booked this room via app after learning our flight out of Newark was canceled. Took a taxi to the property and waited in line to check into my already paid room. After 1 hour and 45 minutes of waiting, I could not take it any longer so we left and went to another hotel. There was one person working the front desk, and no difference between those checking in who had already paid, and those who were just trying to get a room. There were a handful of flights that were canceled that night, so some waiting would've been reasonable, but that check in process was like nothing i've ever seen before. I have spoken to the management (and left follow up messages) about a refund and have still yet to receive it, so as of now i've paid for a room that I never used, and also had to pay for another one that had no wait time to check in. I will edit this post if I receive a refund.

    Totally bad experience, the Hotel trade the third party reservations as this platform like garbage with the clear expectation to have them cancel the reservation and of course they don’t allow any kind of reimbursement for cancellation.

    Seriously needs renovations!!!

    While the hotel staff is polite, gracious and incredibly professional, the facility is AWFUL!! The first room had a non working door lock, the second room hadn’t been cleaned and the third room was threadbare and shabby. The carpet was sticky!!

    Extremely unpleasant visit

    This hotel is always a last result when I'm in that part of NJ. I must say, after this visit I will not be visiting again. Starting with the bathroom door, there was blood on it and the bathroom was not too clean. Thank God I always come prepared with my own cleaning items. The following day, the shower knob broke and the shower ran all night long. We called for maintenance, no was available to fix it. We were not offered to move to another room. At this point, I'm beyond disgusted. This hotel needs new management or a redo ASAP.

    Terrible experience

    I travel alot for business and personal and always try to stay 4star or above and many times take tge dtandsrds of Hotels.com but this hotel was right on the highway so difficult to get in or out, couldnt walk to anything becuase of the highway. I arrived late and was told tge restuarant was open but when i got there they said i coildnt grt anything to eat and to walk down the street. The street was the HIGHWAY!! I saw many people coming to the desk asking for towels, shampoo, etc. The airlines lost my bags so i asked for a toothbrush and toothpaste but was told they didnt have any. I asked about drinks or vending machines but every single machine was sold out on every floor!! The staff was less than helpful and the next morning when my dgt. came to pick me up they wanted to charge her for parking!! I would never stay there and i feel i was overcharged for the whole aggravation!!!

    Not terrible, Not great

    This walls, we could hear the music from the next room and the front desk could not be reached. Not very clean. not gross, but a little dingy, if you just want a place to sleep so you can get be close to the airport spend $50 more bucks and go to the Marriott.
